Day 1: Halong - Lan Ha Bay
Morning
Shuttle bus picks you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter (extra fee). Start a 2.5-hour drive to Halong International Cruise Port. Check in at Ambassador’s Lounge at around 11:30.
Afternoon
Welcome onboard. Head to Piano Lounge or restaurant for the safety briefing by the Cruise manager and enjoy the welcome drink. Lunch is served thereafter while the vessel cruises to Lan Ha Bay. The first stop is Viet Hai Village where you can learn about locals’ daily life, visit fish lakes, bee houses, ancient houses, or experience fish foot massage. Those who want to relax onboard can savor some homemade cakes, book a massage (extra fee) or unwind on the sun loungers on the top deck. After the excursion, the cruise proceeds to the sleeping area. A cooking class with Happy Hour is ready. Canapes are complimentary while you watch the magnificent sunset on the bay.
Evening
Savor a sumptuous dinner in the restaurant. After that, you have free time to listen to live music at the piano lounge with your favorite drinks (extra fee), try your hand at squid fishing, or watch movies in your cabin. Overnight onboard.
Day 2: Lan Ha Bay Exploration
Morning
Try Taichi session on the sundeck or at the Piano Lounge to start a new day full of energy. Enjoy a light breakfast with tea, coffee and pastries. Stop at Dark and Light Cave. You can choose a kayak or a bamboo boat rowed by a local to explore the cave with a half under the water and admire the peaceful beauty of the lagoon. Back to the ship and enjoy a full breakfast in the restaurant. Later, get to Cat Ba Island by bus and visit Trung Trang Cave with primitive stalactites.
Afternoon
Enjoy lunch. Explore Cat Ba National Park with diversified ecosystems. Transfer by bus to Gia Luan Pier. Return to Ambassador Signature Cruise. Join a cooking class, enjoy Happy Hour and Canapes.
Evening
A sumptuous dinner is served at the restaurant. After dinner, you can order drinks from the bar (surcharged) while socializing or enjoying live music at the Piano Lounge. Otherwise, squid fishing, massage treatments, or watching movies in the room are options for you.
Day 3: Lan Ha Bay - Halong
Morning
Early birds may want to try the Taichi session to refresh body and minds. A light breakfast is served at the Piano Lounge with coffee, tea, and pastries. Then you have free time to relax on the cruise and watch the bay. The full breakfast is served between 8:30 - 9:30 am.
9:30 - 9:45
Check-out your cabin and settle the bills (if any) at the reception. The cruise crosses hundreds of limestone islands and islets on the way back to the harbor. Disembark at Halong International Cruise Port at around 10:15 - 10:30 am.
