Full day: Hanoi - Cat Ba Island - Cai Beo Fishing Village - Viet Hai Village - Hanoi

Morning

7:00 - 7:30: Get picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or Cai Ba Express office (No.106 Tran Nhat Duat St., Hang Buom Dist., Hanoi), then transfer by shuttle bus to Cat Ba Island.

Upon arrival on Cat Ba island, you will have a scenic drive through Cat Ba National Park to  Beo Pier, where the cruise awaits.

10:45: Onboarding with a complimentary drink, followed by a quick meet-up with the tour guide for the cruise information, itinerary, and other important notes.

The cruise begins its journey to Lan Ha Bay, passing Cai Beo Village with floating houses along the mountainside. Over 7,000 years old, the village offers a peaceful backdrop as the cruise moves deeper into the bay. As you continue, you'll see emerald waters surrounding numerous rocky islands of various sizes and shapes.
 
Enjoy your lunch while taking in the bay’s beauty (the buffet menu is served for groups of 40 guests or more).

Afternoon

After lunch, the cruise sets sail to Viet Hai Port. Disembark and make your way to the pier, where you'll hop on an electric car or bicycle for a scenic ride to the ancient Viet Hai Village. Immerse yourself in the local culture with a relaxing fish-foot massage, wander through charming traditional houses, and chat with the friendly villagers to make your visit truly unforgettable.
As your visit to Viet Hai ends, return on board, and the cruise will take you to enjoy water activities. Depending on the weather, the captain will select the best spot for activities like swimming, boat jumping, water slides, kayaking, and more.

Afterward, the cruise makes its way back to Beo Pier. During this time, you can relax and enjoy the views from the sundeck with a refreshing drink.

At around 16:00, a small sunset party with fresh fruit, biscuits, and tea awaits you as a treat.

16:45: Disembark at Beo Pier, where the bus will take you back to your hotel in Hanoi. You'll arrive at your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter at around 19:00.

Cancellation by Customer

• More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
• From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
• From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
• Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
