Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Harbor - Bai Tu Long Bay - Cap La Island

Morning

8:00 - 8:30: Pick up guests at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter by shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee). After that, we travel for 2.5 hours to reach Halong Bay via highway.

11:30: A warm welcome awaits you at the waiting lounge in Halong International Harbor. Complete your luggage check-in and get on board. Sip on a refreshing welcome drink while receiving a safety briefing. Check into your cabin as the cruise sets sail into the serene waters of Bai Tu Long Bay.

Afterward, we savor a delicious Vietnamese set menu lunch while admiring the spectacular limestone scenery and tranquil atmosphere of the bay.

Afternoon

Take a kayak to explore the hidden lagoons of Cap La Island, paddle through majestic limestone karsts, and swim in the crystal-clear waters. For those who prefer a slower pace, relaxing on the sundeck is a nice option.
Later, we return to the boat and enjoy free time. You can gather on the sundeck for a sunset party with tea, coffee, fruits, and light snacks while watching the breathtaking sunset over Bai Tu Long. Then, join a cooking demonstration to learn how to make Vietnamese fresh spring rolls (Nem Cuốn) or try your hand at vegetable carving.

Evening

Enjoy a romantic dinner in the cozy dining area, featuring a menu of fresh seafood and local specialties. After dinner, relax with a drink at the bar, join the crew for squid fishing, or simply lounge on the sundeck under a canopy of stars.

Day 2: Thien Canh Son Cave - Hanoi

Morning

Start your morning with a hearty Western-style breakfast, the perfect way to recharge and get ready for the day’s exploration.

We will take a guided tour of the stunning Thien Canh Son Cave, admired for its striking stalactites and wide panoramic views over Bai Tu Long Bay. Let's capture the beauty of this natural wonder before returning to the boat.
Back on board, freshen up and complete check-out procedures at 9:00. Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese brunch as the cruise gently sails back toward the harbor, giving you more time to soak in the final sights of the bay.

11:45: Arrive at Halong International Harbor. Bid farewell to the friendly crew and conclude your memorable cruise journey. 

Afternoon

Wait for your transfer (book in the next step with an additional fee) for your return journey to Hanoi. Arrive at your hotel in the Old Quarter around 14:30. Time to drop off. This is the end of the trip!

Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Harbor - Bai Tu Long Bay - Cap La Island

Morning

08:00 - 08:30: If you request the pickup service (book in the next step with an additional fee), wait for your driver at your hotel in Hanoi, get on the shuttle bus, and depart for Halong Bay.

Arrive at Halong International Harbor at around 11:30. You will be transferred to Viet Sails Cruise. Have a welcome drink, then check into your cabin.

Afterward, enjoy your set menu Vietnamese lunch at the restaurant on board while the boat sails into Bai Tu Long Bay.

Afternoon 

Get your guide's safety guidelines and paddling techniques, and experience kayaking or swimming in Cap La Island for 1 hour to explore this unspoiled place. Time to be in harmony with nature. 
 
Back to the cruise to relax and enjoy the glorious sunset during the sunset party. Tea and fruits will be available on the sundeck, or you can drink at the bar while the Viet Sails Cruise sails to the anchorage area.

Alternatively, you can take part in the cooking demonstration and learn how to make Vietnamese fresh spring rolls (Nem Cuon) or try your hand at vegetable carving.

Evening

After a long day, let's enjoy a tasty dinner in the restaurant on board. Then, you can try squid fishing or drink cocktails at the bar. Overnight rest in your cabin

Day 2: Thay Cave - Vung Vieng Village - Pearl Farm

Morning

Breakfast will be served in Western style, familiar to you, to fulfill your strength and be ready for another exploring day. Then, we transfer to another small day boat to go deeper into the bay.

The first stop is the pristine Thay Cave, a hidden gem with fascinating stalactites inside. Swimming and kayaking activities are also available around this area.

After the cave tour, travelers enjoy a freshly prepared lunch served onboard while cruising to the next destination.

Afternoon

Then, we will discover the life of fishermen in the serene Vung Vieng floating village. Afterward, visitors travel to the Pearl Farm and learn about the intriguing pearl cultivation from the locals.
Let's continue cruising around the quiet Bai Tu Long Bay, feel free to swim, or kayak in a secluded area to relax your mind.

Around dusk, we return to the main Viet Sails boat; take a break, enjoy the sunset party afterward, and attend the cooking class.

Evening

The delicious dinner is served with a fresh food set menu. Later, it's your free time for joining games, and you may also try your luck with squid fishing. Overnight on board.

Day 3: Thien Canh Son Cave - Hanoi

Morning

Have a light breakfast with tea and coffee in the stunning landscape of the bay and get ready for the next activity.

Head to one of the most majestic caves in Bai Tu Long Bay - Thien Canh Son Cave. Stroll inside to learn about its long history and see the variety of rock formations in the cave.
Get back on the cruise to settle your bill and check out your cabin at 9:00. For the remainder, you can take photos of the scenery. After that, have a warm lunch in the dining area before approaching the pier.

11:45: Say goodbye to the friendly crew. Depart the cruise, travel back to Halong International, and wait for your bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) to return to Hanoi.

Afternoon

You will arrive at your hotel in Hanoi at approximately 14:30. End of the services!

Cancellation by Customer

• More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
• From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
• From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
• Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

• Children under 4 years old: FOC, sharing EVERYTHING with parents ( maximum 1 child ). From the 2nd child onward: charged at 50% of the adult rate (extra bed provided).
• Children from 5 to 11 years old: charged at 75% of the adult rate and sharing a bed with parents.
• Children from 12 years old and above: charged at 100% of the adult rate.
