Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay - Sung Sot Cave - Titop/ Soi Sim Island

Morning

8:00 - 8:30: If you book the transfer service (book in the next step with an additional fee), prepare your luggage and wait for our driver to pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Drive to Tuan Chau Harbor; you’ll have a short break halfway to relax. 

12:00: Arrive at the cruise’s lounge in the Harbor. Here, do your check-in process and embark on Cozy Bay Cruise!

Enjoy a welcome drink and get a brief introduction to the cruise and safety guidelines. Check in your room and have a short rest before lunch. 

Enjoy a special meal with Vietnamese traditional dishes while cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay with fascinating rock formations. 

Afternoon 

The afternoon schedule starts with the excursion to the spectacular Sung Sot Cave. Its name means Surprising in English, which is the feeling when visiting this incredible masterpiece. Just step inside, and you will be amazed by the million-year-old stalactites & stalagmites.
 
Our cruise will take you to Titop/Soi Sim Island. It’s noted for having a marvelous viewpoint at the peak, which creates splendid panoramic views of Halong Bay. If you don’t like hiking, swimming on the pretty sandy beach is a great choice.

Come back to Cozy Bay Cruise, then take a shower to refresh. Now it’s your free time to relax on the sundeck and witness the gorgeous sunset in comfortable lounge chairs while drinking a cocktail in this magical moment. 

Enjoy the fun sunset party afterward, where you can get a free drink if you buy one at the bar. Or you may join the cooking class to learn how to make delicious spring rolls and taste your product.

Evening 

Enjoy your dinner while overlooking the sea view on the romantic night of Halong Bay.

Participate in some nighttime activities for entertainment, like squid fishing, singing karaoke, or simply chill out in your cabin.

Day 2: Halong Bay - Pearl Farm Visiting - Hanoi

Morning

Wake up early to see the magnificent sunrise on the sundeck, which you should not miss.

Enjoy the morning bay view with a cup of tea or coffee, then have a buffet breakfast to get ready for the day. 

Start exploring Halong Bay Pearl farm. The pearls here are the most renowned in Vietnam for their quality. The process of farming and retrieving pearls takes years. Here, the tour guide will inform you more about the types of pearls and each step of making pearl production.
 
Have free time to kayak in Halong Bay afterward. Let’s sail around and admire the majestic limestone islands on your own. 

Return to the boat for the check-out procedure around 10:00 and enjoy the fantastic cruise on the bay for the last time, then have a warm lunch later. 

12:00 - 12:30: Cozy Bay reaches Tuan Chau Marina. Tourists say goodbye to sailors and disembark. 

Afternoon

Get on the shuttle bus to return to Hanoi (book in the next step with an additional fee).

15:00 - 15:30: Arrive at the hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter; it’s time to drop off. The trip ends here!

Cancellation by Customer

• More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
• From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
• From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
• Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

• Children from 1 to 4 years of age are free, sharing a room with a parent
• Children from 5 to 8 years of age are charged 75%, sharing a room with parent
