You can check in at the waiting area once you arrive at around 11:30 and then board an electric car to head to the cruise port.

8:00 - 8:30: Our shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and travel to Halong Bay. It takes around 2.5 hours to get to the port, you can have a glimpse of Vietnam through the window or take a short nap.
Upon arrival at around 11:20 - 11:50, we'll move to the electric car to transit to Halong Bay International Harbor.
Upon reaching the cruise, a beverage will be served as a part of the warm welcome from cruise members. You will receive your room key and listen to the cruise manager briefing the ship's introduction and safety procedures before checking in.
