Gray Line Cruise

Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay

Morning: Be picked up from your hotel at 8:00AM for a 3.5 hour ride to Halong Bay (transfer not included in cabin cost). Arrive at Tuan Chau Pier by noon and board Gray Line Cruise.

Afternoon: Enjoy a nice set-menu lunch as the cruise heads toward the center of the Bay. Later visit Ti Top island where you can climb up the stairs to the hill top for a birdeye view of Halong Bay. There will also be free time for swimming.

At 4:00PM, arrive at Luon Cave and explore the area by kayaking or sitting on a bamboo boat. Later return to Gray Line boat for relaxation, enjoy a mini sunset party with complimentary fruits and finger foods. Our happy hour buy one get one free will be organized then.

The cooking demonstration on the main deck will be followed by dinner will host a BBQ of Western and Vietnamese style.

In the evening, you can enjoy board games or try squid fishing. Overnight on board.

Day 2: Halong Bay - Hanoi

Morning: If you wake up early, make sure you go to the sundeck to have Tai Chi class. Coffee, tea and bakeries are also readily available in the restaurant. Enjoy the morning dew of Halong as the cruise heads toward Me Cung Cave. Climb up several rugged stone stairs to see a great lake considered as a royal garden and surrounded by mountains. Its water is blue all year round.

Return to cruise, complete check out procedure and enjoy farewell lunch.

Afternoon: Arrive at the pier. Shuttle bus will be ready to return you to Hanoi. Arrive at Hanoi at 4:30PM, end of trip.

Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay

Morning: Shuttle bus picks you up from the hotel (if you book transfer service). Enjoy a  3.5 hour ride to Halong Bay. Reach Tuan CHau Pier around noon.

Afternoon: Enjoy a welcoming drink and a brief introduction about the cruise when getting on board. Check-in to the cabins. Lunch are served in set with local specialties while the cruise sails to Ti Top Island. Climb up the stairs that lead to a hilltop- from where you will be able to take the best photos of Halong Bay. You can also spend time swimming or sunbathing on the beach. 

Return to the cruise as we set sail for Luon Cave. There will be free time to explore the area around by kayaking or rowing boat.

Evening: Join our cooking class on board, one of the most highlighted activity during your trip. Dinner will be served shortly after with BBQ dishes. Enjoy the quiet Halong Bay at night at your own leisure.

Day 2: Halong Bay exploration

Morning: Early risers might participate in the cruise’s Tai Chi Lesson for about 30 minutes, and breakfast is also served with tea, coffee and cakes. Transfer to Gray Line day boat to delve further into the bay.

We allow great flexibility on this day and customize our option based on weather and tide levels. Our options will be as follow:

1, Kayak in the secret area of the Bay. This is the most unique program about Gray Line Cruise.

2, Visit Trinh Nu Cave Cave, another magnetic and enchanting plaves in Halong Bay with kayaking opportunity

3, Visit Pearl farm, learn how real pears are extracted.

From going fishing to practicing typical activities as locals do daily, all of them are the best and the core value that Gray Line wish you to get insights of the local life there. You may understand and love Halong Bay, not only by the beauty of nature, but the beauty of fishermen who keep vitality for many years in Halong Bay.

Afternoon: After a full day of activities, we will rejoin the mother vessel and unwind at around 16:30.

Evening: Enjoy our BBQ dinner on board with the best of Vietnamese cuisines. Evening activities include movie nights, card games, or you can just sit back and relax, enjoy the quiet and peaceful Halong at night.

Day 3: Halong Bay - Hanoi

Morning: Our Tai Chi Lesson will be offered for early risers on sundeck. Light breakfast with coffee and tea will be served, just before our next adventure to Me Cung Cave. As the cruise arrives at the cave, take time climbing up the stairs for an amazing view of Halong Bay.

Return to boat and check out. Farewell lunch will be served soon after. Say goodbye to the crew and get on the shuttle bus to return to Hanoi. Trip ends.
